This home, similar to the one across the street (23 Llandillo Road), was built around 1950. It was first owned by the Deegan family, who purchased it in 1950. The husband, Edwin Deegan, passed away in 1997 in a nursing home, Bryn Mawr Terrace. He had been a member of the board of directors for the Llanerch Fire Company. They sold it in 2002 to the Bones for $214,500. The Bones sold the home in 2014 for $445,000.
